Monster Muesli Slice Recipe

Ingredients:


  • 4 cups Monster Health Food Co High Fibre Muesli  
  • 1 x 395g can sweetened condensed milk 
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melts 
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup walnuts or pistachios coarsely chopped 

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 170 Celsius 
  2. Line a lamington pan with baking paper allowing it to overhang at either end. 
  3. Combine the High Fibre Muesli, blueberries, nuts and condensed milk in a large bowl 
  4. Spoon the mixture into the prepared lamington pan and smooth the surface 
  5. Bake in prepared oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown and set 
  6. Allow to cool and then drizzle with melted chocolate 
  7. Cut into rectangles to serve
