Muesli Protein Snack Balls


  • 1 cup Monster Health Food Co Sports Muesli  
  • 4 heaped tbs peanut butter 
  • 2 tbs cacao powder
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 tbs of honey or 1 tbs Natvia/stevia 
  • 2 tbs water
  • 1 scoop whey protein powder (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients except water in a medium-sized bowl.
  2. Gradually add water to the mixture until it forms a sticky consistency. 
  3. Roll into 8 large (or 10 small) snack balls. 
  4. Roll into seeds, nuts or shredded coconut.
