Healthy Chicken Nuggets

  • Ingredients:

    • 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces   
    • 1 1/2 cups of Monster Health Food Co's Free & Lo and Multigrain Porridge (mixture) 
    • 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise 
    • I tbs butter melted  

Method:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
  2. Coat chicken with mayonnaise and roll in Free & Lo and Multigrain Porridge mix.
  3. Lay on baking paper-lined tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
  4. Serve with your choice of salad or vegetables
