Healthy Chicken Nuggets
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 1/2 cups of Monster Health Food Co's Free & Lo and Multigrain Porridge (mixture)
- 1 1/2 cups of mayonnaise
- I tbs butter melted
- 2 chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees Celsius
- Coat chicken with mayonnaise and roll in Free & Lo and Multigrain Porridge mix.
- Lay on baking paper-lined tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown
- Serve with your choice of salad or vegetables
