Berry Oat-y Smoothie
- 1/4 cup Monster Health Food Co Berry Muesli
- 1 cup soy milk
- small handful of strawberries
- small handful of blueberries
- 1/2 banana
- dollop of agave nectar
Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend away! Serve in a tall glass with a dollop of soy frozen yoghurt if you're feeling cheeky.
