ANZAC Biscuit Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Monster Health Food Co Multigrain Porridge
- 1/2 cup castor sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 2/3 cup coconut
- 140g butter, melted
- 1 tbsp golden syrup
- 1 tsp bicarb soda
- 2 tsp boiling water
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180deg Celsius
- Mix the Multigrain Porridge, sugar, flour & coconut together.
- Stir in the melted butter and golden syrup.
- Dissolve the bicarb soda in the boiling water, then add to the mixture.
- Spoon into balls on to a greased baking tray.
- Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
