ANZAC Biscuit Recipe


  • 2 cups Monster Health Food Co Multigrain Porridge 
  • 1/2 cup castor sugar 
  • 1 cup flour 
  • 2/3 cup coconut 
  • 140g butter, melted 
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup 
  • 1 tsp bicarb soda 
  • 2 tsp boiling water 


  1. Preheat oven to 180deg Celsius
  2. Mix the Multigrain Porridge, sugar, flour & coconut together.   
  3. Stir in the melted butter and golden syrup.       
  4. Dissolve the bicarb soda in the boiling water, then add to the mixture.       
  5. Spoon into balls on to a greased baking tray.       
  6. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
