We specialise in gluten and nut free products for more than 20 years and our factory is BRC Quality certified - the highest food quality standard in the world. Our gluten free products are independently tested to confirm they are in fact gluten free and as such our products are endorsed by Coeliac Australia. 

Our manufacturing facility has been especially set up for allergies. All material handling and weighing equipment can be completely disassembled for cleaning and everything in our factory is cleaned down before we start manufacturing. At every product change we test for gluten.After everything is clean down we begin manufacture with Gluten Free products and  then move to wheat and nut free products, then nut free products and so on and then clean down and start the whole process again.
