Muesli Protein Snack Balls
- 1 cup Monster Health Food Co Sports Muesli
- 4 heaped tbs peanut butter
- 2 tbs cacao powder
- 1 banana
- 2 tbs of honey or 1 tbs Natvia/stevia
- 2 tbs water
- 1 scoop whey protein powder (optional)
- Combine all ingredients except water in a medium-sized bowl.
- Gradually add water to the mixture until it forms a sticky consistency.
- Roll into 8 large (or 10 small) snack balls.
- Roll into seeds, nuts or shredded coconut.
