Coconut Slice
Ingredients:
Base:
- 90g Butter
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 1 eggs
- 1/2 cups self-raising flour
- 1/2 cup plain flour
Topping:
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup raw sugar
- 1 cup Monster Health Food Co Sports Muesli
Method:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Base:
Melt Butter and mix in Raw Sugar, egg, SR Flour, Plain Flour
Press down into slice tray
Mix eggs, raw sugar, coconut and Sports Muesli
Spread over top of base mixture
Bake for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Let cool before serving
