Wholemeal Walnut Carrot Cake
Ingredients:
- 1 cup wholemeal plain flour
- 1 cup raw sugar
- 1tsp bicarb soda
- 1tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sultanas
- 2/3 cup walnuts
- 2/3 cup Monster Health Food Co Sports Muesli
- 1.5 cups grated raw carrot
- 1/2 cup sunflower oil
Method:
- Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius.
- Mix all ingredients together
- Pour into a greased square tin
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, or until golden brown
- Allow to cool before serving
